About
Highline Drifters are an acoustic, rhythm-driven Americana music collaboration. The group weaves together bluegrass, Americana, acoustic rock, reggae, Afro-pop, and funk styles through dynamic improvisations, danceable rhythms, and seamless transitions. Featuring Eric LaMalfa (Guitar & Vocals), Noah Enelow (Mandolin & Vocals), Kelin Gibbons (Banjo & Vocals), Rip Nolan (Upright Bass), Travis Taylor (Drums), and Dan Fields (Percussion). The bands original material creates an eclectic mix of imagery, creative soundscapes, with themes ranging from conservation, navigating mountainous and foreign countries, heartbreak, and mystery. Along with their original music, on any given night the Drifters work into their set familiar traditional bluegrass standards and American roots music made popular by classic and modern artists, ensuring a good time that gets the audience up and moving (see the Highline Drifters playlist).
